Single Cell Analysis of the Tumor Microenvironment

A critical component of personalized cancer treatments is understanding tumor heterogeneity, and in particular, understanding the complex interactions between malignant, stromal and infiltrating lymphocyte cell types within the tumor microenvironment (TME). The Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling Solution provides a comprehensive approach to simultaneously examine the cellular context of the adaptive immune response and the immune repertoires of hundreds to millions of T and B cells on a cell-by-cell basis. In this workshop, 10x-perts Sarah Taylor and Stéphane Boutet discussed their work utilizing the immune profiling solution to explore cellular heterogeneity and the adaptive immune phenotype in the tumor microenvironments of a colorectal cancer (CRC) tumor and a squamous cell non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC).

  • Library preparation for gene expression and immune repertoire from the same single cells
  • Live demo of data analysis in Loupe Cell and Loupe V(D)J Browsers
