I wonder if current limitation on genome size for Chromium genome libraries can be overcome by using minimum recommended 600 pg input DNA for GEM generation and carrying on a genome size scaled portion of GEMs before or after amplification for the library prep. This approach would not disturb the expected number of fragments in GEMs or the read coverage/fragment. If it is feasible would 10x recommend any other modification to the protocols.
