new feature for Loupe

Hi all,

I am currently using the Loupe software to visualize what is happening in a particular phased block, for a small set of variants filtered based on quality criteria. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to show only this subset of variants in the haplotype panel. By default, it shows all the variants even the ones with a small quality score, and it is an overwhelming amount of information.

I woud like to know if it is possible in the current Loupe version, or if it is planned to add such a feature to the software, to filter the variants (e.g., blue dots) that are shown in the figure.

One way that came to my mind could be to have a slidebar with quality score as a filter.

An improved version of this would allow to upload a VCF/BED file with only the variants of interest.

Currently, I feel like I am not getting the visualization I would like, for a final picture.

Thank you,
