I was wondering if you would provide details as to which specific RNase inhibitor, BSA, and pestles you use; and also if you use PBS that contains Ca and Mg? Thanks for your help!

Thank you, maybe I am missing something, but I have read through the protocol that I believe you are referring to and it does not provide details as to the specific rnase inhibitor or pestle (i.e. brand/supplier). It also only states 1x PBS, and does not specify if it is Ca/Mg free.
